After 9 years, my student loans are all paid off!

You know what's dumb? Those loans were all for grad school... which I didn't finish (details in my "erstwhile internship" pages). I mean, I took all the courses required for my MA in secondary education; I just never finished my 12-credit, full-year internship. So in the end, I paid out some $15k for classes that were pretty much useless (see above link -- the educ classes were primarily woo-woo get-to-know-yourself garbage -- with a few exceptions -- rather than material that would actually be useful in teaching, hence my inability to complete the internship). At least it's DONE now! Yay!

And with that, I *think* we are completely debt-free. Both cars are paid off; David's loans are done, too; we rent, so no mortgage... yep, that's the lot.

Now... I wonder what our credit score looks like...

it's something like 8 bucks to see your score, though

The credit report I've done, but the score, not so much. Should look at that before we start trying to qualify for mortgages :P

Yea, when you do the report they give you an option to pay like 8 dollars for the score. Worth it if you need to know.
