Google's got an easy, wysiwyg page editor if you have a Google account (and if you don't, you should :).

Awesome. Very easy, includes lots of pretty pre-done layouts, and I think you can edit pre-existing pages, too. Looks great if you just need a single, placeholder sort of page.
