Wow!
Apparently I had 38 sling orders in February! Holy cow! I'm getting some labels made; it's been nearly five years since I started selling slings, so I suppose it's about time.
My new serger is... intimidating. There are up to 8 threads available; it came with two instruction manuals, and there's a video, too, that Kristi is trying to find. It'll probably take me a while to learn how to use it, but wow. It's quite a machine!
The massive snowstorm we were supposed to get left us with a mere 6" of snow. Bah. I was hoping for a lot more.
Opera rehearsals start tonight... it's "The Tender Land" (Copland). Too much Copland this semester, really; the concert the Orchestra just did included "Billy the Kid" (which I hated at first, but towards the end I did enjoy playing it), and next concert is "Appalachian Spring". Plus the opera. DH keeps asking why the music department has "such a hard-on for Copland" which amuses me. What would I do without his indignation? :)
